I am trying to set up a second monitor. When I go to Display settings and navigate to Advanced Display Settings, I will click on Display Adapter Properties and it will do nothing. I have tried setting up another administrator account, I've tried looking under the device manager, and I still cannot get to the screen I need to change my monitors refresh rate.
